¿What is AHAS & BHAS?


They are soluble in oil. In addition, they have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which makes them perfect for acne-prone skin and blackheads. The best known is salicylic acid and many anti-acne products contain it.

¿How does it work?

In other words, they exfoliate the skin. This exfoliation is more indirect than mechanical exfoliation (which is done using exfoliating particles, such as sugar) but at the same time, it is softer.
